The manufacture of our 3D-printed insoles
We take an impression of your feet and carry out a detailed medical history assessment.
Based on the medical history, we discuss which corrections, supports, and cushions should be integrated into the insole.
We now input all the information into the 3D printer's configurator.
The custom-made insole is produced using our in-house 3D printer.
After the insole is printed, we check to ensure that all correction points and cushions are in the correct places.
The insole is then equipped with a continuous cushion and a cover of your choice. Finally, the insole is shaped to the appropriate form.
You come for the pickup, and we adjust the insole to fit your shoes.
